You have 6 attempts. Each guess shows feedback:
- Green — correct operator in the correct slot
- Yellow — correct operator but in the wrong slot
- Grey — this operator is not used at all
⚠️ Standard math order applies — × and ÷ are calculated before + and −.
Hard / Easy mode
The toggle in the top right controls feedback visibility.
- 🔴 Hard — all guesses appear grey. No hints.
- 🟢 Easy — full colour feedback after each guess.
You can switch at any time. If you switch to Easy after your first guess, the result will be marked as an Easy mode solve.
After 6 failed attempts, Free Play unlocks — keep guessing until you find the answer.
